Hey, I’m Kathryn Petersen
Kathryn Petersen, a Las Vegas native, watched her family chase the American Dream from the front row. Her life story unfolds as a rags-to-riches journey framed by a wealthy yet imperfect family, filled with triumphs, heartbreak, and poignant losses.
Growing up in a city that never sleeps, Kathryn learned early that “home” can be elusive she recalls being asked which hotel she lived in as never-ending Vegas buzz surrounded her upbringing. Yet her childhood also echoed the comforts of many communities: Girl Scouts, churches, parks, and Schwinn bicycles only with breakfast in casinos, with Grandparents, but a home-cooked dinner at home with Mom and Dad.
Kathryn also saw many shows, including Elvis Presley, The Osmonds, Red Skelton, and others, many times.
An outdoor enthusiast, Kathryn enjoys skiing, hiking, running, and cycling in her spare time. Professionally, she has spent years in real estate development, and she remains involved in it.
